Our talented team Based in York and led by owner Richard Hildrick, possess unrivalled experience of the construction and engineering industries, and expert knowledge of what can sometimes seem like overwhelming rules and regulations. 

A qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager, qualified in Construction Law, and with more than 20 years' experience working for major construction companies, and then owner of his own consultancy business since 2008, Richard has lived and breathed the industry for over three decades. What’s more, he knows all the tricks of the trade – from both sides of the fence – and can put that insight and knowledge to good use for you.
