    You arrange a free initial consultation to discuss your problem.

    You will be advised on the cost of our Fees at the outset of the process. You may be able to request a fixed fee or a no-win no-fee arrangement, subject to a review of your case. Our Fees will always be more than covered by the benefit your receive; it is usual that our Fees are a relatively small percentage of the amount recovered from a payment dispute.
