      You will receive advice on the cost of our Fees at the outset of the process. We will agree a fixed fee with you for each stage of the services.

    • 2. Your Involvement in Key Decisions

      You will be involved in all decisions regarding the appointment of design consultants, the design of the new building, and ultimately the appointment of a Contractor. All queries or concerns will be answered promptly.
